• Returned with original packaging, tags, dust bags, or accessories where applicable.
• Free from damage, marks, odors, or signs of wear.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom, personalized, hand-painted, embroidered, or made-to-order products.
• Final sale or discounted items, unless stated otherwise.
• Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Gift cards.

Exchanges & Refunds

Exchanges may be accepted depending on stock availability. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
