Ready-to-ship items usually process within 2–5 business days.
Handmade Pieces
Custom or handmade items may require 7–21 business days before shipping.
Tracking
Tracking details are sent by email once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery timelines begin once your order has shipped, not when the order is placed.
- Domestic shipping: approximately 2–7 business days.
- International shipping: approximately 7–21 business days.
- Made-to-order items: production time is added before shipping time.
International Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country. These charges are not included unless clearly stated at checkout.
Incorrect Address or Delays
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Souq Atelier is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect address details.
